He believed that he could do a better job of leading the Decepticons to victory over the Autobots. So, he decided to rebel against Megatron and take over as the leader himself.

Has a split personality consisting of 3 personalities; an "Icy" cold strategist, a short-tempered "Hothead", and a totally chaotic nutjob. His personality changes very often. The strategist "Icy" personality is calm, collected, and analytical. The "Hothead" personality is war-driven, angry, easily provoked, and has a heavy german accent. G1 Blitzwing G1 Blitzwing is a ruthless Decepticon triple changer who is known for his aggressive nature and unpredictable behavior. He was created by the Decepticons to be a powerful weapon against the Autobots, and he has proven to be just that. Blitzwing is a master of disguise, able to transform into three different forms: a jet, a helicopter, and a tank. He is also highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat, using his sharp claws and powerful arms to tear through his enemies.
