One day, Denki is walking home from school when he sees a group of older boys picking on a smaller child. Denki knows that he should do something, but he is afraid of the older boys. However, he remembers his father's words, "A true shinobi must always stand up for what is right, even if it means facing danger." Denki takes a deep breath and walks over to the older boys. He tells them to stop picking on the smaller child, and he threatens to tell their parents if they don't. The older boys are surprised by Denki's courage, and they back down. The smaller child thanks Denki for helping him, and Denki is proud of himself for standing up for what is right. Denki continues to develop his skills as an inventor
