Yoshitsuga TATEKAWA Yoshitsuga Tatekawa was a Japanese military officer and politician who served as the Minister of War from 1931 to 1934. He was a key figure in the Japanese military's expansionist policies in the 1930s, and he was instrumental in the Japanese invasion of Manchuria in 1931.
