Steven is the main character in the Strangled series, and the player character in a hacked version of Pokémon Red found in the trash. After a failed trade with his brother, Mike, Steven's beloved Charizard, Miki, died in the process, and Steven, filled with grief, is willing to do anything to bring her back.

He's manager of one of the 50 Freddy Fazbender's all throughout Western-America. He is enemies with a guy named Dave Miller (Dave Miller he goes by another name William afton he's purple color he is a child serial killer that is humorous and wears a springlock bunny suit that is yellow and that work for him). Phone guys favorite character is foxy. Dave Miller threw foxy into the Grand canyon just too annoying phone guy at the old location. phone guy is aware that his head is a rotary phone.

Dave
Due to seeing himself as the only "normal" person on the show, Dave can be critical of people and expects little of them. He is a logical thinker, albeit a little uptight, and is a complete neat freak and has an intense fear of germs and bacteria. Dave is easily frustrated by both his teammates and adversaries, believing most of them (with the exception of Sky, and to a lesser extent, Shawn and Ella) to be crazy, and sometimes belittles them. Despite his pessimism, he generally means well.
