Bulldozer was a member of the Wrecking Crew, a group of villains who were hired by Loki to destroy the Avengers. He was armed with a giant bulldozer that he could use to smash through anything in his path. He was also very strong and could lift heavy objects with ease.
Bulldozer was a formidable opponent, but he was eventually defeated by the Avengers. He was then imprisoned in the Raft, a maximum security prison for supervillains.
