Leon Kennedy Leon Kennedy was born and raised in FBI training grounds. His father was an FBI agent who was killed in the line of duty when Leon was just a child. This tragedy fueled his desire to become an agent and serve his country. After graduating from the FBI academy, he was recruited by the president to join a special task force dedicated to taking down bioweapons (B.O.W's). Leon quickly rose through the ranks and became one of the most skilled agents in the group.
