Yuu quickly proves to be a valuable asset to the team and helps them to win several games. He is also named the starting pitcher for the team and leads them to the playoffs. In the playoffs, Yuu faces off against his former high school team and pitches a complete game shutout. The team wins the game and Yuu is named the MVP of the playoffs. Yuu continues to play baseball for the professional team and eventually becomes one of the best pitchers in the league. He wins several Cy Young awards and leads his team to the World Series. In the World Series, Yuu pitches a complete game shutout and wins
