The aircraft was a result of a collaboration between Lockheed and the U.S. Air Force, and was built to replace the aging SR-71 Blackbird.

Born into a family of military personnel, RRH showed exceptional skills in combat and tactical operations from a young age. After completing his training at the most prestigious military academies, he was recruited by the Guardians to protect the O5 Council.
