Yuu Chris TAKIGAWA Yuu Chris Takigami is a high school student who plays baseball. He is a very analytical player and is able to read the opposing team's pitcher and predict what pitch they will throw. He is also a very talented athlete and has a strong throwing arm. Yuu is a key player on his team and they are considered to be one of the best teams in the prefecture. One day, Yuu is scouted by a professional baseball team and is offered a contract. Yuu is hesitant to accept the offer because he wants to finish high school and graduate with his friends. However, he eventually decides to accept the offer and joins the professional team. Yuu quickly proves to be a valuable asset to the team and helps them to win several games. He is also named the starting pitcher for the team and leads them to the playoffs. In the playoffs, Yuu faces off against his former high school team and pitches a complete game shutout. The team wins the game and Yuu is named the MVP of the playoffs. Yuu continues to play baseball for the professional team and eventually becomes one of the best pitchers in the league. He wins several Cy Young awards and leads his team to the World Series.
