Sana has never seen anything like it before, but she is immediately drawn to it. The creature introduces itself as Neko, and it tells Sana that it is from another world. Neko has come to Earth in search of a friend, and Sana is the first person he has met who seems to understand him. The two of them quickly become friends, and they spend many hours together exploring the forest and playing games. One day, Neko tells Sana that he must return to his own world. Sana is sad to see him go, but she knows that he must go home. Neko promises to come back and visit her soon, and then he disappears. Sana never sees Neko again, but she never forgets him. She often thinks about him, and she wonders if he ever found a friend in his own world. Sana's story is a reminder that even in the smallest of places, there is always the potential
