Sheriff Woody Pride Woody Pride is a pull-string cowboy doll who is the main protagonist in the Toy Story franchise. He is voiced by Tom Hanks and is Andy Davis' favorite toy. When Andy gets a new toy called Buzz Lightyear, Woody's position as Andy's favorite toy is jeopardized. However, Woody and Buzz eventually become friends and go on many adventures together.
