The Institute's goal was to create the perfect Armored Core, one that could outmatch any other AC in speed and power. They began by collecting DNA from various creatures, mostly dinosaurs and humans, and injecting it into an artificial ovum. The resulting creature was then placed in a giant artificial womb filled with coral substance instead of placenta.
