Soundwave DF Soundwave, the Communications Officer of the Decepticons, was stationed in the Deceptiwing Palace to monitor all incoming and outgoing transmissions. He was known for his ability to read multiple scrolls at once, thanks to his advanced AI capabilities. One day, while Soundwave was reading scrolls in the main room of the palace, Rumble, his small hatchling, approached him with a new scroll. Soundwave immediately took the scroll and began reading it, using his wing to correct the crookedness caused by Rumble's waving tail. The two of them shared a bond that went beyond their species, as they both understood the importance of communication and information gathering in the world of the Decepticons.
