Muelsyse Muelsyse is the director of Rhine Lab's Ecological Section as well as Magallan's and Mayer's superior who possesses the bloodline of the Elves, a race that is almost extinct in modern era. Even though she initally appears to be a friendly person who befriends both Magallan and Ifrit, she is capable of ruthless scheming, though she also is shown to readily admit defeat when outsmarted.
