Wears a yellow pin-stripe suit and orange sun-glasses. Laid-back, easy going demeanor - does not care about the pain he inflicts to pirates. Apathetic, speaks very slow, sometimes really sarcastic. Devil-Fruit User of the Pika-Pika No Mi. Made out of light, logia user. As fast as light. Follows "Unclear Justice". He joined the Marine at 26 alongside Akainu.
