He's the pilot of Thunderbird 1, co-pilot of Thunderbirds 2 and 3, reserve pilot of Thunderbird 4, and former leader of International Rescue (following Jeff's return to active duty). The oldest of Jeff Tracy's five sons (followed by Virgil, John, Gordon and Alan) - and eldest grandson of Jeff's mother, Grandma Tracy - Scott is also the adoptive brother of Kayo.
