He wears a red and white hat, a short-sleeved jacket, a grey shirt, fingerless black gloves, and presumably washed-out blue jeans and white sneakers. He seems to be always tired, but less rude and more understanding than his V2 counterpart. He's more apathetic about his replacement rather than angry. Also a bit more affectionate.
