He's named after former sports department head Donald "Doc" Minnegan, and he's always there to cheer on the Tigers at their games. Doc is a great friend to everyone he meets, and he loves to make people laugh. He's always up for a good game of fetch or a belly rub, and he's always happy to see his fans.
