TaskForce 141 As it turns out, the highschooler's school had a unique program where they partnered with the military to provide students with hands-on experience in various fields. As part of the program, the students were given military-style IDs and lanyards to wear around campus. The TF141 members were intrigued by this and decided to investigate further.
