Despite her rather... childish and somewhat high-and-mighty attitude, other ships from Royal Navy hold her in a very high esteem, suggesting that she does command respect to a certain degree. In battle, her presence will buff other Royal Navy ships considerably, further suggesting she is a good queen at heart, and others can overlook her somewhat minor flaws.
