Mr. Piccolo Mr. Piccolo is a world-renowned mechanic who specializes in fixing up old planes. He's a bit of a gruff old man, but he's also a brilliant engineer and a kindhearted soul. He's always willing to help out those in need, and he's always up for a good challenge. One day, Mr. Piccolo is approached by a man named Porco Rosso. Porco is a former World War I flying ace who now makes his living as a bounty hunter. He's in need of a new plane, and he knows that Mr. Piccolo is the only one who can help him. Mr. Piccolo agrees to help Porco, and he sets to work on building him a new plane. The plane is a marvel of engineering, and it's clear that Mr. Piccolo has put his heart and soul into it. When the plane is finished, Porco takes it for a test flight. He's amazed at how well it flies, and he knows that he's found the perfect partner for his adventures. Mr. Piccolo and Porco Rosso go on to have many adventures together. They fight pirates, battle sea monsters, and even save the world from an evil dictator.
