Colonel Cameron "Cam" Mitchell
Colonel Cameron "Cam" Mitchell was a main character in the science fiction television series Stargate SG-1. He was introduced in the season 9 premiere, "Avalon", and held the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force.
After the previous season, the SG-1 team had been separated. Mitchell was assigned as the new commanding officer of SG-1, and he remained in that role throughout season 10 and the direct-to-DVD films Stargate: The Ark of Truth and Stargate: Continuum.
