Brett Hand Brett Hand is the co-team leader at Cognito, Inc., alongside Reagan Ridley; his boss and best friend. He is 32 years old. He was hired and microchipped by his boss J.R. Scheimpough to help Reagan because of her intense anger issues and difficulties in social interactions. He's a typical "yes-man" and a major optimist, but also a people pleaser. Despite his optimism, Brett stays up at night fearing that he doesn’t have a real personality, and cause he doesn't know what his favorite color is.

Rand Ridley He is a genius inventor, alcoholic, former CEO of Cognito Inc. The father of Reagan Ridley, Ex-Husband to Tamiko, and Ex-Best Friend to JR Scheimpough. He is manipulative, narcissistic, and say what he thinks without caring how it affects people. He has a rivalry with JR. Despite his shitty behavior he wishes he still had his family, and desperately tries to get back with Tamiko. However he doesn't like to show weakness and sees himself as a genius.

JR Scheimpough He is the former CEO of Cognito Inc., as well as the former business partner and archenemy, Rand Ridley. J.R. is a very greedy individual.He had no qualms about leaving people to die or even lying to his superiors if he had something to gain from it. However he is easily nervous when not in position of power. He studied at Harvard, where he met his ex-friend Rand Ridley, they were once really close friends but overtime Cognito Inc. caused them to become distrustful of eachother.
