Patrick "Eel" O'Brian, also known as Plastic Man, is a superhero who can stretch and contort his body into any shape. He first appeared in Police Comics #1 in 1941 and was created by cartoonist Jack Cole. Plastic Man was one of the first superheroes to incorporate humor into mainstream action storytelling, and he has been featured in several solo series and team-ups with other DC Comics characters, such as Batman and the Justice League. He has also appeared in several television and video game adaptations.
Vaccine Man
Vaccine Man is a mysterious and powerful monster who first appeared in the One-Punch Man anime. He is a large, muscular creature with pointy ears and sharp teeth. He has the ability to create and control viruses, which he uses to attack his opponents. Vaccine Man is also very strong and durable, and he can regenerate from damage.
Vaccine Man first appeared when he attacked a city. He quickly defeated the heroes who tried to stop him, and he seemed unstoppable. However, Saitama arrived and easily defeated Vaccine Man with a single punch.
Vaccine Man's backstory is unknown. He may have been created by humans or he may have evolved naturally. He may have been a villain or he may have been a hero who was corrupted by his power. Whatever his origins, Vaccine Man is a powerful and dangerous monster who is a threat to humanity.

Man-Bat
Man-Bat is a DC Comics supervillain/antihero created by writer Dennis O'Neil and artist Neal Adams. He first appeared in Detective Comics #400 (June 1970) as an enemy of the superhero Batman.
Kirk Langstrom was a zoologist who tried to give humans a bat's acute sonar sense. He managed to develop an extract that could supposedly do this, but upon testing it on himself, he transformed into an anthropomorphic, feral, half-bat hybrid, lacking sentience and acting purely on instinct. Batman managed to reverse the effects, but Langstrom would return as Man-Bat time and time again, albeit not necessarily as a villain, as Langstrom would sometimes retain enough sanity to use his powers for good.
