In Terra, Soldier Blue meets a group of other psychics who teach him how to use his powers for good. He also meets a girl named Terra, who is also a psychic. Soldier Blue and Terra fall in love, and they work together to protect Terra from the soldiers who are trying to capture her.
Soldier Blue and Terra eventually defeat the soldiers and save Terra. They then use their powers to help the people of Terra build a better world.
