Robo-Fortune was born out of the need to create a more efficient and powerful version of Ms. Fortune. The ASG Lab Zero team, led by Brain Drain, the Psychic Director, had been working on developing a robot that could assist Ms. Fortune in her duties as a law enforcement officer. However, as they delved deeper into the project, they realized that creating a robot with the same abilities as Ms. Fortune would be impossible. Instead, they decided to create a robot that was superior in every way.
